Mounting System

DIRECT MOUNTBROCH

Panels are progressively installed using a mechanical Z-Clip method. Ceiling track is fastened directly to a firm secured substrate and the mounted panel clips engage onto the track. Not easily accessible to plenum and requires progressive removal of panels.

DIRECT SUSPENDED MOUNT

Panels are progressively installed using a mechanical Z-Clip and fasten to a suspension system (by others). The system provides better acoustical absorption due to the plenum space. Plenum is not easily accessible and panels require progressive removal.

  • • Panels slide into continuous ceiling tracks that are fastened to suspension system (by others).
  • • Custom shaped, curved, and builtup panels are easily incorporated to the Direct Suspended Progressive Mounting system.

SUSPENDED REVEAL

Panel system is used to create the effect of a floating ceiling. T-bars (by others) slide into panel clips that are already fastened on the back of the panels and it is then suspended with hanging wires. A minimum of 6″ (150mm) above the panels and 4″ (100mm) reveal between panels is recommended. A 1″ (25mm) reveal between the panels is also possible. Plenum is not easily accessible, panels will need to be de-installed.

SUSPENDED ACCESSIBLE REVEAL

The Suspended Access Reveal System is used to create the effect of a floating panel ceiling. The channel holding clip must be installed by sliding and engaging it into the T-bar panel clips that are pre-fastened on the back of the panels. Frame or grid suspension system supplied by others to be installed for panel installation.
